Each session lasts one hour, and you can choose between a single session or a multi-session package for more focused, ongoing support. Pricing options: - Single session (1 hour): £75 - Four-session package: £275 - Six-session package: £420 - Ten-session package: £650 If you’re not sure which option is right for you, feel free to book a free consultation so we can talk it through and find the best fit for your goals.

Cancellation Policy
1. Session Expiry - All individual sessions and packages must be taken within the specified timeframe, starting from the date of purchase. - Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - More than 24 hours’ before a session: You may cancel or reschedule a session without being charged. - Between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session: You will be charged 80% of the session price - Less than 12 hours’ before a session: The session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - If the coach needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that session. - Partial refunds are not available once a package has started. If you decide not to continue, unused sessions may be transferred to someone else within the 12-month validity period. 4. Renewal & Discount Code Policy - Packages do not auto-renew. Clients must purchase a new package once all sessions are used or expired. - If a discount code was used for the first package, it can only be applied to future purchases while the discount code is valid. It cannot be used for future purchases if the code is no longer valid at the time of renewal. 5. Commitment & Confidentiality - Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your engagement and commitment. - All discussions in coaching sessions remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
