Whether you’re a new leader, stepping into a bigger role, or looking to develop your executive presence, this coaching will help you lead with confidence and make a real impact. We’ll focus on enhancing your leadership style, improving your decision-making, and developing your ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations. In these sessions, we’ll focus on: - Developing key leadership skills and executive presence - Communicating with clarity and authority - Navigating workplace challenges with confidence - Strengthening decision-making and strategic thinking - Managing difficult conversations and team dynamics Lead with confidence, inspire your team, and grow into the leader you’re capable of being. ---------------------------------------------------------- Coaching Services & Session Packages I offer coaching sessions tailored to your needs. Each session is one hour, and you can choose between a single session or a package for ongoing support. Pricing options include: - Single session (1 hour): £150 - Four-session package (4 hours total): £570 - Six-session package (6 hours total): £840 - Ten-session package (10 hours total): £1350 If you’re unsure which package is right for you, I’m happy to help. Cancellation Policy
1. Session Expiry - All individual sessions and packages must be taken within the specified timeframe, starting from the date of purchase. - Any unused sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried over. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling - More than 24 hours’ before a session: You may cancel or reschedule a session without being charged. - Between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session: You will be charged 80% of the session price - Less than 12 hours’ before a session: The session will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - If the coach needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that session. - Partial refunds are not available once a package has started. If you decide not to continue, unused sessions may be transferred to someone else within the 12-month validity period. 4. Renewal & Discount Code Policy - Packages do not auto-renew. Clients must purchase a new package once all sessions are used or expired. - If a discount code was used for the first package, it can only be applied to future purchases while the discount code is valid. It cannot be used for future purchases if the code is no longer valid at the time of renewal. 5. Commitment & Confidentiality - Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your engagement and commitment. - All discussions in coaching sessions remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
